Well if rain the whole time was not enough, got run on the shoulder in clinton. Saw a cop while on the phone run the red light at Billingsley road. He pulled over afterwards to finishing talking on the phone. Then in Hughsville had a guy out of no where push me into the north bound lane, thank god no one was coming
