I need a recipe

I have pork chops, and I have stone ground mustard. What would be a good way to combine them, preferably for the grill? I'm thinking marinade but I'm not sure how well it will sink in. Or would putting the mustard on after grilling be a better way to go? Or should I pan fry, then make a mustard pan sauce with the drippies?

Help?

How about a mustard and honey glaze? I made something a while ago that sounded like a yucky combination, but it was spectacular: on a sheet pan, bake halved Brussels sprouts, caramelized onions, cubed sweet potatoes and a handful of dried cranberries, all with the mustard and honey glaze alongside of thick cut pork chops.

I think that sounds delicious!

Put the chops in the crockpot with some sauerkraut and use the mustard to spice it up at the table. Also, cook the rest of Badgirl's recipe for a nice side.
