I saw little kittens in the hedge row

They look to be about 5 or 6 weeks old. Does anyone know someone who can trap them. They could be socialized at this point couldn't they? I hav'nt seen a mamma cat, but they look too good to have been there by themselves for long.
Any help for these little guys?

Call the animal warden and ask to borrow a live trap. They should have one and Im sure they let you borrow it. Catch kittys, then return trap.

I spent most of yesterday afternoon watching the place I saw them, but they're gone. I could'nt see them anywhere around. If they return I'll try to get a trap.

Get the traps anyway. You can also borrow them for the Humane Society or the Animal Shelter. Set them where you last saw them or near there. Put some real good food in there, canned cat food, sardines, tuna. You want something that will smell. Some even use KFC. It might take a few days but I bet you could trap them. Do you know how many there are? Get several traps if you can and try to check them often. Its very nice of you to want to get these kittens. You might even be able to get the moma. Some places will also help you get them fixed. Let us know how it goes and good luck.

Up Date: I found the kittens last Fri. Easily caught them by hand. They were thin, but seemed healthy, clear-eyed, no fleas. They ate well and are putting on weight and are playing wonderfully, and using a litter box, too.
I have called around to most of the rescue places around here (Calvert, Pr. Fred.) and they say all their foster homes are full. I can't keep them much longer, and need someone to adopt or foster them. Can anyone help? Take one or all?
There are 4. 3 are fuzzy, long haired gray and black striped. One is short haired orange striped. Their eyes are still blue. I guess they're about 6 weeks.
They're very friendly and cuddly. I hope someone can take one.

Unfortunately, it's "kitten" season. Would you consider getting them spayed or neutered at your expense and then perhaps advertising on the classified here for homes?

I'm near the fairgrounds on 231. I just had my dog spayed (also a rescue) and I just can't spend any money on kittens that I can't keep. I can manage the food for a little longer, but unfortunately, that's it.
