I cannot untangle the narrative - that Joe is STILL AGAINST WALLS - and is STILL KEEPING HIS PROMISE TO NEVER BUILD ONE MORE FOOT OF WALL -

but - somehow - he is so compelled to build some leftover requirement from the Trump administration - something that heretofore has not stopped him AT ALL from just dismissing anything, including Remain in Mexico or breaking laws like loan forgiveness - or actually REMOVING walls and allowing wall materials to just lay unused.

You know, even though history regards that as iconic - I thought it was a bit melodramatic.
And although what Gorbachev did ultimately led to the fall of the Iron Curtain, it was the Germans themselves who tore it down.
