All those idiots running away from the mess they made in their home state of NY and whatever other shitholes they come from to screw up Florida, looks like it's legit people fed up with living in a Democrat dictatorship that want to come down here and be Americans again.
I live in a red city in a red state, and the whining from the progs who come for vacation is delicious. On the PCB FB and Reddit pages they are largely met with, "Then GTFO, we don't want you here anyway." NOBODY caters to them or even gives them sympathy. Occasionally some Dembot local will be all, "Oh, you're right, I hate it here so much!!" and *they* are met with, "Then GTFO," followed by offers to take up a collection for their moving expenses.
Fun fact: there are two former forumites who live within a couple miles of me. And there's a Marylanders in Florida FB page with a TON of SoMD expats. Just sayin'....
