I wish someone would teach all the ignorant and/or rude drivers how to properly stop at a stop sign when there are 2 out going lanes. I constantly get little miss soccer mom yakking on the cell, stopping out past the stop sign for a better view.

Usually it affords no better view for them, but blocks the view for the other driver.

Hang up and pay some ####ing attention to the world around you, you inconsiderate #####es!!!
