#1, she won't do it again.

Flip the argument.. if the shooting of Ashli was justified, an unarmed woman, who had empty hands was justified.. why would this shooting not be?

See, the argument for Ashli has already been settled, its no longer questioned, it was determined that it was justified, regardless of what we think, it was justified. So the only argument left is.. If Ashli was justified, then how is this not?

There's more to this (always). Eye witnesses said she was not aiming at ICE, but rather trying to evade ICE agents that surrounded her car, and the shooting officer stepped directly in front of her car before shooting. No, not taking sides, just another angle here.

Stand in front of an SUV with a paint ball gun.. have somebody accelerate towards you and IF you can even see the tires, how many times you can hit any of the 4 tires with a paint ball..

The only way you would have a chance in this circumstance would be to lie down in front of the SUV as it accelerates towards you.. ensuring that even if you did get a lucky shot at the tire, you are still going to get run over.

Shooting a tire doesn't make it explode, and it damn sure doesn't stop a vehicle in 10 feet, or 50 feet or even a 1/4 mile. YEAH success, the tire is flat, and you're dead!!
