Giant Food sells Carvel cakes

You may wanna check with Carousel in Leonardtown, they might have ice cream cakes

It's not ice cream cake, but you might want to try a "Tres Leches" cake. This is a Hispanic, traditional treat, and is made with three milks (regular, evaporated, and condensed). Look for it in a grocery store's bakery that has a Hispanic population it caters to.
