St. Mary's Co. Identity Needed for Quick-Change Suspect

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured. On Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2019 at 1:45 pm and again on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2019 at 12:45 pm, the suspect entered the Charlotte Hall Food Lion store and perpetrated a quick-change scheme upon checkout.
