Pfft. I've lived in ND, SD, ID....snow scares me not..

unless I have to drive in it....then it should scare everyone around me.

Our overnight forecast included "snow" and I thought, "Okay. Should be nice." I woke up this morning to school closings and delays and approximately 5" of the fluffy stuff lying around! I think my past few winters in So. MD may have seen 5" all season.

Getting down my hill was fine, though. It was coming back that caused a problem; I slid off into a ditch. Thank golly for 4WD and brute force. Hopefully I can get better at this driving-in-snow deal before winter sinks its teeth in really deep.

I plan to go out tomorrow during sunrise and capture some of that snow, so hopefully I will come back with a few more good ones.
