I may throw my corned beef in the crock pot tomorrow night and make corned beef hash with it Saturday morning. I’ll decide tomorrow. But you can’t beat using a corned beef brisket to make your own hash as opposed to the canned stuff.

After all these years of Mommy Dearest admonishing the native 7Ders for eating ham and cabbage instead of corned beef on St Patrick's Day, she finally gave in to the masses. She doesn't want to admit that she really didn't need me to buy that big assed ham just because it was on sale.
