There is a calculation error in the local tax rate for St. Marys.

I just finished reporting it to them.

Hopefully they'll fix it quickly.

How did you spot that? Good eyes...

I have to wait until the end of March to file, takes that long for my investor to get all numbers for partner members together. I jumped the gun last year, filed and then got another statement I wasn't expecting. Had to file an amendment.

It threw an error, repeatedly, upon transmitting to state and i had to go through it line by line.

Went and checked this morning.

They updated the state program and the error has been corrected.

And they didn't give you anything for discovering their problem. Sounds like somebody I work with.

Well, I really wasn’t expecting that but I would’ve liked it if they had responded to my email and told me “OK we fixed the problem. Go ahead and download the update”
