Not sure what the deal is with The Miller's and IHRA..
I had heard all those track improvements were funded by IHRA??

A NHRA National Event here in St. Mary's would be AWESOME though...

Torco/Evan Knoll really screwed alot of racers up last season. IHRA & NHRA, but hit the IHRA harder since it WAS there title sponsor.

MIR would have to tear down the stands and move them back 100 feet. I'm not sure it would be enough since Dinwiddie has so many suites and all but there's a lot more history at MIR and NHRA does still race at Maple Grove.

Royce went IHRA when they promised him a national event - NHRA hasn't done such.

Royce used to be a racer himself so he knows IHRA does a better job protecting their racers. IHRA is meant for lower-income racers doing this for fun and they make it a point to keep the competition fair and keep out the big-money teams.

Although I'm sure if IHRA folds (and I firmly believe it will) and NHRA would guarantee a national event, Royce would switch to NHRA sanctioning in a second.

Dinwiddie has NHRA but MIR has every other big sportsman race.

don't get me started on that greedy son of a ##### :burning: :cussing: he ####ed a lot of people over.
