I'm getting my Malamute

I got on this site in hopes of finding someone who could get me the name of a good breeder and I found several. I decided to get one from a place in PA and my baby will be ready for pick-up on Sept 16th. Thank you to everyone who helped me in my search.

Won't get her until next Friday (the 14th) but here's what she looks like from a picture off the website. My husband woke me up coming to bed and now I can't fall back asleep because I can't stop thinking about getting my puppy. Have to be up for work in an hour.

I'm going to say this and it's not to throw a wet towel in, but I hope this is from a COE breeder and not one of the puppy mills that abound in PA.

I used to love driving in PA around the Amish area, but due to the number of Puppy Mills they have it makes me sick now.

I have a 5/6 month old lab (supposedly pure, hahaha) that came from one, she can't be placed with children due to her temperment and lack of socialization that coming from a puppy mill produces (one of their many issues).

Seriously, I wish you the best and can't wait to see pictures!

Warrant did tell me that she goes to Solomons Vet and seems to like it alot. She suggested I register on this site.

She got mad because people were writing stuff in her Kharma part and wouldn't sign their names or put it in the regular area so she would address it. She is sensitive about what others think so when people make negative comments about her and she can't defend herself, it upsets her. She said that she wrote the Admin saying to end her registration but the next day wished she hadn't because after sleeping on it, she realized there were more good people on this site than bad. She said she over-reacts too quickly sometimes and I guess that's one example. She said I could post her puppy's picture once she gets her on Friday since everyone on this forum was so nice to her. She regrets ending her registration.

She shouldn't have left. The wealth of knowledge VV has on malamutes and their behavior is an invaluable resource.

She knows that but she acted before she thought. You'd think with her line of work, she'd get a tougher skin. She deals with criminals all day long. Faceless people on the Internet shouldn't bother her. She said that she just wished if someone was going to criticize her, they'd do it where she would answer back. Her first post someone told her to "go away" because she only had one post. She was like, " I had just signed up that day. How could I have any previous posts??"
