I'm going to say this and it's not to throw a wet towel in, but I hope this is from a COE breeder and not one of the puppy mills that abound in PA.
I used to love driving in PA around the Amish area, but due to the number of Puppy Mills they have it makes me sick now.
I have a 5/6 month old lab (supposedly pure, hahaha) that came from one, she can't be placed with children due to her temperment and lack of socialization that coming from a puppy mill produces (one of their many issues).
