You people must be in a real conundrum with respect to the recent finding that allows Title 42 to stay in effect.
On the one hand, you get to continue to suspend the entry of people at our borders, which arouses you all.
On the other hand, Title 42 is part of the Public Health Services Act and gives the CDC all sorts of control you mooks have been railing about the last almost 3 years — under the guise of a COVID-19 “emergency”.
Further, it must kill you that the most conservative justice since Scalia — Justice Gorsuch — was in dissent and of a similar mind to Justice Jackson.
Guess y’all will take it any way you can get it, eh?
