I don't see anything wrong with it. They aren't charging them with runing they are charging them of commiting a crime as they run such as trespassing.

I don't know how in hell the ACLU can find anything unconstitutional about this activity. They are not in the repugnant business, they are in the unconstitutional business.

I heard Limbaugh talking about this on the drive home today, and I noticed something I hadn't before. I passed several construction sites, and there were dozens of Mexicans working at every one of them. Then I went past an area downtown and counted 25 (then I stopped) black men hanging out, drinking beers, and pretty much doing nothing. Those Mexicans were busting butt, and these guys were doing nothing. I think we're looking to deport the wrong folks.

From the article said:
Benjamin Stevenson, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union in Florida, said he finds the tactic troubling.

"Why are they sending out six or seven agents to investigate a paper crime, and are they causing them to run in the first place through intimidation?" he asked.
Uh, it's their JOB?

From the link said:
Mexican illegal immigrant Jose Madrid, 28, said he has been unable to find a construction job over the past six weeks because of the crackdown, and hasn't been able to send money to his parents and his 7-year-old son back home.

"We immigrants, we are leaving Panama City. People are afraid they will be deported," he said. "The companies don't want to hire illegal people. Now they're only hiring those with papers."
Oh, poor guy, his crime doesn't pay anymore......

So the black men drinking beers on the curb, doin their thing, because the mexicans stole their jobs? Or I know, Nobody can figure out why the robbery rate is so high in DC because some of these people have honestly looked for jobs, and said, screw this, im gonna go slang dope, and make $$, and the construction site owners know they can pay mexicans less anyway and screw them over... because after all what are they gonna do?

A hundred years from now the illegal immigrants will want reparations. We outlawed slave labor a long time ago. That's pretty much what these people are when they work under the table. They are being used. When they become legal do you really think they will work for peanuts? They should come in legally and get the respect & wages as hard-working citizens (to be) they deserve.

Good point. I really hadn't thought about it, but "when" they finally pass the bill and give amnesty to all the illegals, those illegals are not going to settle for peanuts any longer because now they are US citizens. Guess the construction business will have to wait for the new crop of illegals to come in. :lmao:

a) Slaves weren't here working voluntarily.
2) Slaves weren't paid. They were chattel, and treated accordingly.
d) Illegals aliens are allowing themselves to be used.

I find it very hard to feel sympathy toward anyone being exploited in this fashion, when they are lining up in droves for the express purpose of getting exploited.

Deport the illegals and make welfare into workfare - you can't find a job, we will give you something to do to earn a minimum living. Guess who will be showing up at the work site.
