MSNBC is surprisingly slow brining this one to the news. It happened last Friday and was on the local news the past couple days.

i can't watch the video at work so i'm not sure, but either way that's just wrong to pull a childs pants down in front of their peers

The video does not show the spanking, it's a "Oh, my gosh!" interview with the parent of one of the classmates. In one interview the first question from the reporter was "Were his genital exposed?" What a stupid question and what a bias that exposed.

I'm totally in favor of corporal punishment.



Having said that, I think this kids aunt should be beaten within an inch of their life by this student's parents for taking their pants off. That is ridiculous and sick. There is no call for that level of humiliation or violation.

it wasn't the teacher it was the kids aunt that did it.
