"I'm running for re-election, not because we've done enough – but because we haven't done enough!" President Biden's social media team stitched together just over 1 minute and 37 seconds of coherent speech from a 45-minute presser that he gave in the Rose Garden announcing the campaign, which has been posted to the official White House Twitter account.

You know - I like Trump. And I'd want to see him back. I'd like him to show that Biden was a fluke (if not a fraud). I'd like him to repeat what he accomplished in his term. And there's a bit of revenge factor. That - plus he's really only got 2024 to do it. I think even age will catch him in 2028.

But many have said this - because the polls show at this point in his Presidency, Biden is about as unpopular a President as there ever has been - FiveThirtyEight has a page of polling of approval ratings going back to Truman - only Jimmy is DECIDEDLY less popular than BIden is (Reagan and Trump and marginally less) at this point in his Presidency.

I honestly can't think of even one area where this country is BETTER OFF than it was before he took office - not economy, not crime, not international relations, not trade, not immigration, not crime, not education, not inflation - not gas prices. Not COVID although thank God some places it's been FINALLY declared over.

But Trump is hated as much on the left as Hillary is/was on the right. Nothing polarizes the left like Trump, and they'd easily give us four more years of ventriloquist dummy Joe than allow Trump back.
