American University President Praises Successful Thought-Policing On Campus
She was President Obama's former Secretary for Health and Human Services

Burwell's email reads it as an enthuiastic success that American University students submitted to the politically correct thought police on issues of race and social identity. The email further states that the AUx program will be a mandatory first-year program for all incoming freshman starting in the fall semester of 2018. It is divided into a fall curriculum and a spring curriculum. Here is the program's description:

The American University Experience (AUx) is a full-year graded General Education course specially designed for students transitioning into their first year of college at AU. AUx will become a mandatory course for all first-year students in the fall of 2018 as part of the new AU Core.

The American University Experience I (AUx1) helps students transition into their first year of college at AU by introducing them to professional and student mentors, providing them with campus resources, and motivating them to succeed in their new environment.

The American University Experience II (AUx2) builds upon concepts introduced in AUx1, blending personal exploration of social identity formation with a multidisciplinary approach to race and ethnicity. AUx2 seeks to create a space for conversations and learning about these topics that pushes beyond this norm.

Both courses are taught in a hybrid format. Students will complete online learning and writing assignments through Blackboard (AU’s e-learning platform) and meet weekly for small group discussions of approximately 19 students. Weekly classes are co-facilitated by a faculty, staff, or alumni Instructor and a junior or senior student Peer Leader specially trained to work with first-year students. They are useful resources for opportunities available to students on the AU campus and in Washington, DC and eager to share their knowledge.

Well no one is forcing students to go there. Not like certain school boards that dictate history be ignored or rewritten in their textbooks for public schools that most parents don't have a choice about putting their kids in (can't move/afford private school).
