Inmates trying to bum cigarettes while picking up trash.

Driving home from Leonardtown we passed the litter pick-up detention inmates. They were quite spread out and their supervisor was quite far back so probably couldn't see what they were doing. Several of them were making the smoking gesture trying to get passing motorists to throw them cigarettes. Even if I smoked there is no way in heck I'd be giving these guys cigarettes!!!!!

And there should be plenty of cigarette butts already on the ground that should be able to pick up and get a puff out of.
