That's exactly how I have always thought. Why place the people who work with the insane in danger.
If they kill they die. IMO this one is as sane as anyone he is just using insanity as an out for himself.


This is this creeps second time around , he attempted murder years ago.
Proving that he should have been executed then.
There is not one case on record where an executed prisoner ever killed again.
