BioDiesel has been around for awhile.

One of the D.C. TV news had a piece about a guy that collects the used corn oil from restaurants for his truck. I wouldn't think there would be much involved to convert except another pre-filter. Willie Nelsons bus runs on corn oil.

Yes you can convert a Cummins diesel to burn waste vegetable oil look at Frybrid.com. Not bird frid like hybrid.

A few people that have converted to Bio-Diesel have arrangements with Mcdonalds/wendys etc to pickup their used Oil. for VERY few dollars

If you're smart, Wendy's and McD's will pay you to pick it up. They have to pay for someone to dispose of it now, just ask for less of a disposal fee.
