Interim Dean of Faculty Katie Gantz and Interim Chief Diversity Officer Kelsey Bush contributed to the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges' (COPLAC) recent Scott Beard Leadership Circle, a two-day virtual professional development workshop for early- to mid-career academic affairs administrators. Gantz served as a co-organizer and facilitator of the series of intensive, problem-based workshops, and co-led a session on best practices in mentoring. Bush co-led a discussion on invisible administrative barriers to justice, diversity, equity and inclusion.
