Not always. I just had an outage today for a few hours, don't really think it was due to the weather, it was this afternoon before it came in again...

I never had a problem with verizon or Metrocast. I know comcast is pretty good but whatever you do stay away from Digital services LLC. They are horrible for custom service and service requests. I hate them so much I am turning my cable and internet off.

We have Comcast and it works well. They are pricey and keep raising their rates though. Oh, and for some reason, they like to plaster Rosie O'Donnell all over their page just about every day. Not the first thing I really wanna see when I go on the internet.

I had it in nashville for about 3 years, and I just got it here in SOMD... I havent had any issues... but then again I have only been living here for for about a month or so...
