What is this? I keep getting these annoying popups from it. Half the time it is Paris Hilton's "boobs" and the other half it is random crap to buy/purchase. My popup blocker is on.

Spybot works wonders ! Also, Windows makes one that you can download for free. I had my friend install them on my pc and it has run without any popups for quite some time now !

I tried to download the "free" version. It let me know what needed to be repaired but would not repair it unless I upgraded to the not free version.

I can get you the program I have. I have the .exe on my downloads folder at home, and could easily help you out, if you would like !

I had this too. It should be located on your Start Menu's Program's list and should be uninstall-able either through that listing or through Control Panel. I think it's something that Google installs. If you have the Google Toolbar. But I can not be sure.

Good luck. Also, just google Internet Speed Monitor for more info. And yes, it may have put some spyware programs on your pc. I can't really recall because I noticed and removed it before I had DELL do a PcConnect and fix my computer a couple months ago.

Did you figure it out yet? If not search the DELL COMMUNITY FORUMS and bother some of those gurus on there. Make sure you take advice from the ones who have posted a lot like over 5K postss but do a search there on ISM first.

If you cannot use a spybot program to get it off next time it pops up search the net for the program name and removal. Odds are people have had the same issue and have a step by step to get it off
