Iowa Town Offers Bounty on Stray Cats

Since the bounty went into effect March 1, two cats _ one of them pregnant _ have been turned in"

Why wouldn't they wait until they have thier kittens...that could mean another $30 !

I may round up some cats and take them up there...much more lucrative than recycling beer cans!
