IPAD & Metrocast; help please

I can't get any email messages to open; we can see the emails from our Metrocast account and we can highlight them but cannot get them to open up from the Ipad, works great from laptop or desk top....

Wife took it to work with her today to ask some of the wiz kids for help, I figured she was just dumb and couldn't operate it.....seems we're both dumb

There are just too many variables to try and troubleshoot over a forum.

I'm not familiar with the ipad, but on an android device it's possible to make the browser emulate IE, Opera, Chrome, etc. Look in your browsers settings and see if you have that option.

The metrocast site may require Flash support, which of course Apple products do not have.
