I am new to apple. Can someone please tell what I have to do to get the tv to work? I want to stream something like Fox5 news when I'm on the bus. Do I have to have a app for that?

Thanks! The Fox5 app worked

and for whatever reason- when I signed up for alerts from St. Mary's county and it sends me a email and then tells me it's playing on my tv and I can see the "tv" but it's black with a "play arrow". There is no audio on it?
