Is there a way to change the settings in an iPhone so that Safari does not automatically default to mobile websites and instead takes you to the desktop site instead?

I normally just find a link on the mobile page for the desktop site and do it that way but now I'm finding that I'm often unable to locate such a link.

This. Chrome is the only way to go.

Still won't get Adobe Flash because it's an iPhone but everyone's moving away from Flash anyways.
