If this is as effective, if not moreso, than a spotter...than it would allow the military to have double the snipers they have now, because every spotter could now pick up his own gun.
It would obviously have to be tweaked, if EVER used, considering that light-up screen is a terrible idea for someone trying to be seen the least bit possible.
Interesting idea, but I don't see it being used for quite some time.
