Iranian Protest going on in DC

OK, I'm driving in and I see about 300 Iranians and their flags and lots of cop cars at Freedom Plaza (our safty meet up point for evacuations) and I couldn't figure out for the life of me WTH they could be protesting about. I heard from a friend that works in this building that they are here protesting for us to fight their war for them and they are protesting their own government and Congressman is supposed to speak to the crowd - and said person thinks Bush probably put them up to it. Anyone hear anything about this :shrug: Not trying to be funny or anything but I did see only a quarter of the cabs driving around in DC too -- purely coincidental I'm sure. Does anyone know what is going on and WHY? :shrug:

I hate to be so conspiracy minded but it has been looking like Bush is making a case to bomb the shiznit out of Iran... :banana:

I don't know... I just hope we don't have to evacuate the building today... :lol: I'd hate to be tapped in new's footage as being part of their protest or something... :lol: I have no idea what they are protesting about but it's lots of em and a sea of their flags all over the place. :shrug:

yes, but they left fleas.... :lol: guess that wasn't too nice... huh :shrug: I just get tired of them and everyone for that matter that decides to have a protest in the middle of the week and it does not make me more supportive of their cause, I end up resenting whoever or whatever group is protesting... Please for crap sake, if you want some respect wait to clutter the city on a weekend... :cussing:
