Irish whiskey isn't my favorite - I'm a single-malt scotch drinker - but that tour looks like a lot of fun and good food too. And I'll be visiting my daughter who lives in Dublin, so there is that. Who know's...maybe I'll stumble across an Irish whiskey that I really like; I've tried very few.

I bought him a bottle of Jameson's one year for his birthday. Sat on his office shelf for 3-4 years. I think he finally put it in the Tiki Bar hoping someone else would drink it.
