Is anyone having trouble accessing firstsheriff?

Can someone help me out? I haven't been able to access the Sheriff website for the last week or so. I have checked my connection, made sure all my setting were correct, no luck. I keep getting a "cannot find server" message.
I use earthlink dsl.

Various county web sites seem to be up and down during the day/week. I'm guessing that maybe the county DNS server is down. Maybe they're feeding the hamsters...
