The 200-question multiple-choice exam will be offered twice instead of once a year beginning in 2024 – and its passing score will be lowered from 145 to 143, according to local outlet WHYY.

The number of essays on the exam will be decreased from eight to four, and the number of essay topics will be reduced from 14 to 10.

To answer the original question, Med school isn't next. They did this many many years ago. Or did you forget that every major med school has been discriminating against asians.

What do you call the guy in med school that finished last in their class?

Doctor
Doctor. But the scary thing is there are people who have an appointment with this person and may have to wait a month for that appointment.

Assistant, secretary of health,Dr Rachel Levine?
What's scary, but not surprising, is that that thing is a professor of pediatrics (and psychology). He probably thought pediatrics meant pedophilia.
