I am going with the whitefish (usually hake and/or pollock) is what they are referring to as wild caught but that sure is a deep hole to go down to try to make a sale. And when you think about it being "wild caught" does nothing to help save the fishery if the species are in decline.

And hake and pollock need to flavored like something because they are totally devoid of any flavor of their own!
