Recently a series of crimes have taken place in New York City, causing many to point fingers at the asylum crisis as the reason for recent altercations involving police. Others however point to our lax justice system as the problem.

Although to be honest, I doubt they had a machine gun, and I doubt the police officer knew a machine gun from any semi-auto rifle.

Anyway if someone wrote this story in a book of fiction it would sell because the story is too fantastic.
