I love her wild,wild hair
My hen has started laying eggs again now that the days are getting longer. They are frozen by the time I collect them but thaw nicely in the fridge. I use them for baking. I thank her for each and every one. I'm hoping the almost full grown chick that hatched out last summer will start laying soon too. I need lots of eggs for all the baking I do. Just hope they don't freeze their little legs off in this extremely cold weather.
