Well it was increasingly obvious he wasn’t going the get the votes. Especially after his expense record was advanced and it revealed that he spent a cool half million at Capital Grille on steak dinners. Too swampy, they say.

That place is mediocre at best and Charlie Palmer is closer to the Hill anyway. Clearly, that greasy WOP has poor taste. He probably order his steak well done with A1 and ketchup.
