I've been looking since Christmas on how to download music from Itunes to a INNO. so what do i have to do and is free?

Download the program. It will remove the DRM encryption and it'll even convert the files to MP3 for you.

Make sure you're not doing anything else because the program uses a lot of memory (mostly on the iTunes side) and the window stays on top of everything else.

Finally, I have my Carrie Underwood "Stand by me" MP3.
