I know this problem has been around a while and ticked off a lot of people, but sometime back we 'lost' all of our music in the Itunes library. I've tried suggestion after suggestion found on the internet as to restoring the songs. When I plug my Ipod into my computer, I can see the songs grayed out but cannot figure out how to get them back. Has anyone been successful with this and, if so, I'd appreciate knowing the secret! Thanks
