According to court documents, on Jan. 6, 2021, Rodriguez deployed bear attack deterrent spray on multiple police officers during the riots outside the U.S. Capitol Building. The assault was captured on video posted to social media.

Rodriguez was also seen among a crowd of protesters at the plaza level of the west side of the U.S. Capitol, where he pointed a spray canister at visibly marked law enforcement officers manning a barricade on the plaza and sprayed the officers with a bear attack spray before he retreated into the crowd.

I don't really follow the news, but I see you posting several of these convictions recently. Is there any explanation for why it took 3 years for all of these trials, other than the obvious (to make sure it was still a story in the election year).

Well first the shear number of idiots to apprehend.

Many went into hiding as well. The also purposefully wore mask and disguises.

Then there were over 1000 to process.

Why would you defend someone who attacked a police officer with bear spray?

Seems like you must country if your first though is that it is for cynical reasons. Also the election is still a year away so your point is still pretty stupid.

Where did I defend this person? Did I make one mention of his sentence or claim his actions were justified? I simply wanted to know why it seems, from my perspective, that of that over 1000 people to be processed, they pushed all of the big ticket convictions to the end.

Because as you admitted you have not been paying attention.

Would you like to do some research into how they tracked each individual down?

Much longer sentences have been passed down previously

Why must everything be a conspiracy theory?

I always found it odd that there are so many with that name in Brooklyn, New York.

What I want to know is who was passing out bats from inside the capital on J6? You know damn well nobody walked up to the window with a bunch of bats. No way!!!

Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger, who was in charge of Capitol security on Jan. 6, 2021, died suddenly on Monday morning, a day before the Jan. 6 inquisition was set to call a surprise session to introduce new evidence. Nah, not shady at all - according to peanut brain, totally normal because MSDNC told her so.

Oh and you remember Paul Rand recommending criminal charges against Doctor Fauci and the next day his office in Kentucky just mysteriously burnt to the ground?

Yeah fun times huh?

BUT BUT ANTIFA did it!

You can't decide if it was Antifa or a peaceful protest or a tour of a public building.

Get your stories straight liar.

Next week you will probably cry about how he is a railroaded political prisoner.
