The plan is to have 8 two minute rounds instead of the usual 3 minute rounds. That will benefit Tyson.
They will lace up 14 ounce gloves instead of the usual 10 ounce variety. Sparring gloves are 16 ounces, so this will be more like a sparring session. The heavier gloves will diminish some of Tysons' power, if he has any left. I doubt there will be a 1 punch knockout like you use to see in a vintage Tyson fight from the 1980s.
Paul should win by a close decision. He will poke and run around Tyson. The iron man will show his ring rust and won't be able to catch Paul. Paul could literally jog around the ring for 2 minutes and occasionally throw a jab at Tyson. Tyson won't be able to connect because he won't be able to catch Paul flat footed.
What will make it very interesting is if Paul's ego gets the better of him and he decides to stand toe to toe with a once ferocious knockout artist.
