Ok, I know you great people can help. How do you make Jello shooters. Ive sucked down a few hundred in my day, but Ive never made any. Any recipes out there. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

I use pucker. Whatever flavor you like...

Get some unflavored geletin (you know, Knorr) and do that up, and mix in the pucker. Make sure to add 1/2 the water it calls for and the rest pucker..


Dixie cups work the best for containers.. make sure they are the plastic ones. the waxed ones tend to like to keep some of the shot. Which is a no-no and considered alcohol abuse. Wouldnt want to give the alcohol a bad christmas now would we?

I did 200 green apple and watermelon one year- and they were gone in oh I say- 15 minutes. :lmao:

And a lot of people were "gone" about an hour later. :alkies: :lol:

my shooters did not account for any ceilings falling in on anyone or anyone going into the pool fully clothed......I can vouch for that much

1 pk whatever flavor jello
1 c hot water to dissolve jello
1 c whatever liquor your prefer

Most people use Vodka :yucky: I do mine with Bacardi :yum: Pour into little dixie cups and throw 'em in the fridge until set, or the freezer but keep an eye on them so they don't freeze.

:lmao: One party I wasn't able to make but heard ALL about afterwards. I wonder if Steve and Christy EVER recovered from it.

If you use too much alcohol, the jello won't set up right. But I have made some pretty potent ones by adding a packet of the plain Gelatin. Just look around for that, Knoxx or Knorr or whatever it is. This way you can use more alcohol and get more bag for your shot of jello. You can also be creative and make things like margarita shots using lime jello with tequila and other ingredients. Use the little dixie cups for each shot, then you can tear away the extra part of the cup for easy shootability!

Tip: if you use those little condiment type cups to put them it (like at McDonalds) they are just the right depth to roll your tongue around the edge and get the whole shooter out in one fell swoop :angel:

Sams club used to carry them.

McKay's on Great Mills Road used to have pina colata, margarita, and strawberry daiquiri flavored Jello. Those make great jello shooters.

1 cup water + 1 cup liquor + 1 box Jello = :drool:

I introduced my wife to jello shots last summer. They were made with some good ole corn liquer. After a couple of those she was down for the count.
