Since when did termination or suspension for not following a company's rules, or bad mouthing the company, call for anyone's input but the leaders of the company? TO was warned again and again about his behavior, and he thought he was too good to get canned... he was wrong. It doesn't matter if he was doing drugs, stabbing people, or bad mouthing the company. You break the rules you pay the price.

Agree and nothing like keeping a person around who lowers the moral of the others trying to do their job.

If he wasn’t happy in his current situation, he can make an escape to get out next year or quit but the way he went about it all was unprofessional and disrespectful. His apology only came after he got a reality check.

Luvin Life !!!
This whole situation reminds me of the movie Jerry Maguire. The guy played by Cuba Gooding wanted the Quan wanted to be respected so on and so on. He had to learn to play from his heart for and with his team.

His apology was hollow and meaningless. Just words used to try and smooth over an "OH SHIAT!" moment. Hollow apologies are more insulting than conciliatory.

Nothing to see here
