All of this begs the question: Why? Why bother to trick a bunch of people into believing a guy has gone off the deep end when he's really just acting? What the heck is the point? And IMO he did it wonderfully. I watched the famous Letterman episode that he was on last year. I was convinced the man was toast headed toward an early grave.
