I say a shirt promoting an HBCU a few years back, "The blacker the college, the better the knowledge." The HBCU was under academic probation at the time for numerous reasons, including failure to meet required minimum requirments for graduation.

Saw a video on YouTube yesterday from a young Black woman in the UK.
She was heaping scorn on the reparations crowd and did mention going after the descendants of slave traders in Africa.
She reminded the audience that Europeans did not go into the interior of the continent until after the slave era, but bought Blacks from other Blacks.

I know someone very well that teaches online at a HBCU and claims the interviewing dean was totally illiterate. The only reason the job was accepted was they were good pay because of gov't handouts.

MANY years ago, I personally knew the Dean of Students at Howard. One of the more brilliant men I have ever known.
I guess your mileage may vary.
