John Karr

Anyone catch the different interviews on t.v. last night with Wendy Hutchens? Pretty interesting stuff, hearing this sicko's voice on tape and listening to his insane ramblings. I cannot figure out if anything he is saying is true, or in his sick little mind he believes it is true. The whole psychological fantasy vs. reality way of thinking comes into play in this case. I guess DNA will tell part of the story anyway. The only thing that makes me wonder if maybe he could be guilty, is the s.b.t.c. at the end of the ransom note. He signed a yearbook in high school the same way, which stands for "shall be the conqueror", and supposedly used the term frequently. I guess time will tell, either way, he is one twisted dude......http://abcnews.go.com/US/LegalCenter/story?id=2342091&page=1

Methodically disorganized
Hutchens says she met Karr through their mutual fascination with Richard Allan Davis, the man convicted of the 1993 murder of 12-year-old Polly Klaas in California.
I question her stability as well. This whole situation is odd and disturbing.

That is a question of probability. How many phrases, terms or names can be reduced to those initials? If someone were to randomly make-up those initials, what are the chances of them choosing that particular combination?

I think the one crime scene photo of the Santa doll is peculiar. John and Pat said they did not recognize it at all, nor did anyone else in the family. But, supposedly, John Karr owned one very similar when he was young.

The guy can not be convicted yet, but he certainly demands scrutiny.

I was just in the grocery store in line thumbing through one of the rag papers, and it had tons of pics of Karr in full make-up wearing different clothes...... :twitch: It also had a crapload of info on his life growing up. It is strange the rag papers can get more info than the Boulder DA's office.

I'm no expert but it sounds to me as though he could be after one of two things:

  1. He's innocent but he wants to get his name somewhere that will be remembered for years
  2. He's guilty and he's trying to build an insanity defense.

Either way, I think he is still sick. Playing on the victim's emotions. :frown: :burning: Second, I think the guy is a big :loser:.

Something is definitely up with that guy. I'm not convinced that he's the killer.

I heard that his mother tried to kill him when he was a baby. Sounds like he's been messed up for a long time.

This guy is totally crazy and i dont think he did it. While he is a sick and twisted pedophile, i think he is just obsessed with the Jon Benet case and in his mind has convinced himself that he did it. Seeing people like Karr in this world only makes me more happy that resources like cybertipline are available to fight these sicks predators that prey on children. Either way, i hope he serves some prison time and can never be within a mile of a child ever again.

I don't understand why they brought him back here. Did they have to have him in custody to do a DNA? Now what?

...from day one this guy is full of it.
I make a much better detective than Rita Cosby, don't I?

The media has been like a pack of rabid wolverines with regard to this case. It's disgusting and there should be a law against them fabricating and conjecturing to attract eyeballs. The way they handled the story when it first happened is a damn shame and I hope they all burn in hell.

He just wanted a free ride back to the states, like I have thought from day one....just my .02.

...wasn't someone in the position to say 'we need evidence first'?

Or is that all a wayward, broke, in trouble Yankee need do, cop to some crime, any crime?

Coverage...

KTVB.com has live coverage from MSNBC: http://www.ktvb.com/weather/radar/popup.php

I think this whole thing is crap. We wasted all this money to bring this sicko into the streets of America. All he got is a free business-class ride back to the United States where he is free to rape more young girls.

He may not have killed JonBenet Ramsey but he's done much worse and him being back in this country puts children in that area at risk. This guy ias too dangerous to allow in the country - he's a complete psychopath. :burning:

Can we sent the little freak back to Thailand where he can work off the expense that it cost to bring him back?
