I would ADD the same thing can be said for FRITZ.

So what is worse:

or

2) Pleading guilty to a sex crime against a 15 year old.

What is worse:

A) Associating with a contractor who ALLEGEDLY did bad work for an old lady

or

I had to chase Mattingly down to get paid long before Fritz came along to take him down. I pleaded with Mattingly to pay me on time.

As far as your lawsuit threat, well John you have to sue everyone on these Forums for slander.

found guilty.......and the court found him NOT GUILTY......

John Hired a High Dollar Lawyer who got him off.
and his business partner Lied for him and covered
for him during the trial.

The stench of what Mattingly and his business partner
Daniel Brown did and are still doing remains strong today

Brown was found guilty of some of the charges and is still out
on Bail, while awaiting sentencing.

So you say John Mattingly is now Bankrupt and it's Fritz's
fault.

No! I am sorry, but thats not the truth.

The truth is John Mattingly is his own worst enemy
and is so called bankrupt because all of his sleazy
business practices have caught up with him.

Rick Fritz did not make all those bad choices for John.
