Because it's been rainy the last couple days my poor arthritic wrist should have been screaming. But I've been taking a daily shot of Joint Juice for the last few weeks and the pain is sporadic and mild instead of constant and intense.

So for what it's worth, I'm on the glucosamine bandwagon. :yay:

Glad to hear it's helping. I looked at Joint Juice, and some of the reviews said it was "hard to swallow". I opted for TriFlex pills from GNC, and my knee is feeling better.

The pill version is huge to me, which means I wouldn't take them. The little shot of salty orange flavored glucosamine isn't as horrible as it sounds and goes down quick.

Glad your knee is feeling better. It never occurred to me how draining arthritis pain is until I actually had it.

You are correct! I had no idea that all-over fatigue can be caused by arthritis. Getting an arthritis diagnosis before 45 was a little shock! I walked the Jingle Bell yesterday with a new found motivation.
