So what if they are..... Its not like Mcguire planted those BaseBalls or gave the umpire the different balls. As far as Im concerned, if all the balls were affected from that year, then everyone in baseball had a crack to hit homers.

One explaination I heard was that the company just wanted to get their name out there as a computer imaging co. Free advertizing.

It is tempting to believe that MLB secretlly collaborated with the manufacturer to juice the balls, with the objective of making the game more exiciting. But to believe that, I would also have to accept the theories about chemtrails, Thimerosal, and other nuggets of so-called wisdom from this site: http://www.conspiracyplanet.com/
